Textile fabric classification (type of cloth)

The classification of textile fabrics (the type of cloth), in the world of fabrics, varies in variety and variety. However, in general, high-quality, high-grade fabrics are mostly characterized by comfortable wearing, sweat-absorbent breathability, draping and sturdy, visually noble, and soft touch.
In general, fabrics fall into two main categories:
(1) Woven fabrics, also known as woven fabrics.
It is a fabric formed by interlacing warp and weft perpendicularly to each other. Its basic organization is plain, twill, satin. Different woven fabrics are also composed of these three basic tissues and their varied tissues. There are mainly Chiffon, Oxford, Denim, Drill, Flannel, Damask and so on.
(2) Knitted fabric
The yarn or the filament is formed into a coil by a knitting needle, and the coils are sleeved with each other. Since the stitch structure of the knitted fabric has a large amount of yarn stored per unit length, most of them have good elasticity. Knitted fabrics are available in single and double sides. There are mainly jerseys (single Jersey), velvet, mesh cloth and so on.
Knitted fabrics can be divided into two types: weft knitted fabrics and warp knitted fabrics.
1 Weft-knitted fabric is a fabric that feeds the yarn from the weft direction, and the same yarn is sequentially bent into a loop and nested together. The most common sweater is the weft knitted fabric.
2 The warp knitting fabric coils are oriented in the same direction as the weft knitting. They are one or several sets of yarns arranged in parallel, which are fed in the warp direction, bent into loops and sleeved together.
