It is understood that in casual wear spot checks, a total of 199 batches of products produced by 122 companies were spot-checked. After inspection, 47 batches of products produced by 41 companies did not meet the standard requirements, and the unqualified rate reached 23.61%, but in leisure time. In the spot checks on clothing, no formaldehyde was found that could harm the health of customers. The reasons for the disqualification were mainly due to insufficient attention paid to fiber content by enterprises when purchasing fabrics. They did not take effective inspection measures to clarify the composition and content of fibers; some companies did not understand the standards, resulting in incorrect labeling; some companies had unrealistic Responsible for taking advantage of illegal interests.

A total of 101 batches of products manufactured by 94 companies were sampled in jeans. After inspection, 19 batches of products from 18 companies did not meet the standard requirements, and the failure rate was 18.81%. Based on relevant standards, spot checks were performed on items such as banned azo dyes, fiber components, formaldehyde content, tear strength, rubbing fastness, light fastness, instructions for use (labeling), pH, and odors.

According to the quality supervision department, the unqualified items found in this supervision and spot check include formaldehyde, fiber content and product identification.
